This cannot be achieved in the traditional way of training in the class room. This will be achieved by creating positive habits around the three principles of; knowing what is important and to whom, learning how to create more value in the right way, gather data, improve and iterate.
Our Lead with innovation and impact programme is different to any other training programmes in its process. It is created to uniquely allow people at all levels to identify what will move them to the next levels. The principles are the same whilst the execution varies to allow more people to attend at entry level and through that not only raise the general performance of the workforce but also to identify the natural next generation leaders.
